When - Day 1 after the injury

Learn about concussion, how it occurs, the types of symptoms kids experience and general guidelines about managing recovery.

Over the first few days after a concussion, gradually reintroduce activity, using the 3 Ps –Plan, Prioritize and Pace. It’s important to balance your activity level: not too much and not too little.
